Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:The term of payment for the Goods is within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Delivery terms:The delivery time of the Goods is the IV quarter of 2022, at the same time by the whole batch within the terms specified in
the Supplier's commercial offer.

Comments:
TK is attached to the procurement documentation. Appendix No. 1 lists the names of products with a description of the configuration, manufacturer, part number and quantity.
We kindly ask you to attach
a commercial offer indicating the delivery address, the validity period of the CP, the terms of delivery of the Goods, the terms of payment for the Goods and the warranty period (according to the TOR);
Offers are accepted via the B2B-Center ETP.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требования к гарантийной поддержке поставляемого Товара:1. На поставляемый Товар должна быть предусмотрена гарантия на срок не менее 12 месяцев с
даты приемки отгрузочных документов или иной строк, предусмотренный производителем, в
соответствии с условиями настоящих требований с возможностью ее последующей пролонгации.
2. Поставщик должен обеспечить авторизованную гарантийную поддержку своими силами
и/или силами авторизованных сервисных центров Производителя.
3. Поставщик на все время гарантии должен предоставить доступ к специализированным
ресурсам Производителя (порталам в Интернет, документации, базам знаний) для получения
информации, самостоятельного обучения и поиска решения возможных проблем.
4. Все элементы, используемые Поставщиком для замены в целях реализации гарантийного
обслуживания, должны быть сертифицированы Производителем и иметь не худшие
функциональные характеристики по отношению к заменяемым элементам.
