Auto-extension

Payment terms:

Payment under the contract will be carried out as follows:
- The buyer makes payment times-as 30% of the value of the contract within 10 (ten) working days after the signing of this agreement, on the basis of invoices for payment.
- Buyer makes the final payment, within 10 (ten) working days after delivery of the equipment, carrying out installation supervision, commissioning, signed the Act of starting the equipment into operation, instructing the buyer's personnel for equipment operation and provision of the relevant account Provider.
- After the signing of the present Contract price on the equipment supplied and work performed should not be altered.
