Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Оплата производится Заказчиком с отсрочкой не более 30 (тридцать) календарных дней с момента фактического получения Покупателем продукции.
Расчеты по договору производятся денежными средствами, а так же могут иметь иную форму расчетов, не противоречащую законодательству РФ, в том числе путем передачи векселей.
Delivery terms:
Срок поставки с 22.05.2017 по 15.10.2017., (в течение 2 календарных дней с момента получения заявки с указанным объемом и адресом поставки на конкретную партию).
Доставка щебня гранитного до склада или объекта Покупателя (г.Киров) осуществляется силами Поставщика.
Объекты покупателя:
- т/трасса «Северная» в пределах ул. Шинников- ул. Добролюбова, ул. Лепсе-ул. Большева,
- склад Покупателя ул. Луганская 51/1 (на территории Кировской ТЭЦ-4).
Доставка осуществляется транспортными средствами (ТС) г/п не более 20,0 тн без использования прицепа.
Затраты по доставке продукции должны быть включены в стоимость продукции.
