Delivery is carried out at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's facility, well No. 75 Beshkulskaya at the address: Astrakhan region, Narimanov district, on the territory of the Beshkul field, Coordinates: 46 ° 24′48.6 ″ N, 47 ° 22′00.4 ″ E (46.413503, 47.366766) ;
b) Requirements for the delivery time of goods:
Delivery time of the Products - Delivery in full volume no later than 15.10.2021.

Comments:
The commercial proposal must be accompanied by copies of all available certificates for the product.
Preference is given to the supplier who has submitted a quotation for the full scope of delivery.

2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

The cost of products must be constant for the entire period of delivery (written confirmation).
