The price of the commercial offer must include all expenses of the Bidder related to the fulfillment of obligations, excluding VAT and taking into account transportation costs.
The price of a commercial offer is indicated in rubles, excluding VAT.

Payment for the Goods is made by the Buyer on the 60th (sixtieth) calendar day after the transfer of ownership of the Goods.
All payments for the delivered Goods are made on the basis of the original invoice, the original consignment note (TORG-12) with the obligatory indication of the contract number, copies of shipping documents drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The payer under the agreement is the Buyer.
The date of fulfillment of the Buyer's obligations to the Supplier to pay for the goods is the date of debiting the funds from the Buyer's current account with an authorized bank.
Delivery terms:
The delivery of the Goods is carried out within the terms specified in the specification (Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract).
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is carried out by rail, road transport, in accordance with the shipping details of the Buyer (Consignee) specified in the specification. (Appendix No. 1 to the draft agreement).
The obligation to deliver the Goods lies with the Supplier.
Transportation (delivery) of the Goods is made on pallets.
The Supplier carries out the transportation (delivery) of the Goods to the destination. By "destination" the Parties mean:
- destination station - when delivered by rail;
- destination container station - for container delivery;
- destination warehouse of the Buyer (Consignee) - when delivered by road.
When transporting (delivering) the Goods, the Supplier is guided by the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, which regulates the transportation of goods / cargo by one or another mode of transport.
The obligations of the Supplier for the delivery (transfer) of the Goods are considered fulfilled at the time of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee) at the place of destination. The moment of transfer of the Goods to the Buyer (Consignee), the Parties determine:
- according to the date of the mark on the receipt (issue) of the Goods in the shipping document, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, regulating the transportation of the Goods by the appropriate mode of transport.
Ownership, as well as risks associated with the loss or deterioration of the quality of the Goods, pass from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the Goods.
When the Product is delivered, consisting of several components and declared in the specification as one delivery unit, the ownership of the Product passes from the Supplier to the Buyer from the moment of delivery (transfer) of the last part of the Product.
The quality of the supplied Goods must be confirmed by a passport issued by the manufacturer and (or) a certificate of quality (conformity) and (or) another document, if its registration is mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The following accompanying documents must be attached to the Goods supplied under the Agreement: packing lists; picking lists for each shipping place with indication of: full and correct name, weight and dimensions (length, width, height, net / gross weight), questionnaire number, name of the capital construction object, numerical marking (information on the principle: serial number of the place from the general number of seats); technical data sheets (where applicable); Safety Data Sheets; quality certificates or other documents confirming the quality of the Goods; warranty obligations of the manufacturer and the duration of the warranty obligations; operating instructions (where applicable). The technical documentation must comply with the requirements established by the relevant Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (where applicable). Passports and operating instructions for imported Goods must be executed in Russian.
The supplier is responsible for the inadequate quality of the products supplied under the Contract, regardless of which manufacturer it is made by.
Comments: Submit the following documents (required):
• Documents confirming that the applicant has experience in supplying a similar Product for at least 3 years (reference list, information letter, etc.);
• Certificate of compliance with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015 (ISO 9001: 2015);
• Quality certificates for the Goods for each item of the supplied goods;
• Notification of registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur carrying out operations with precious metals and precious stones, and assignment of an account number to it;
• Information about the manufacturer of the Goods offered for delivery (with the obligatory indication of its name and location);
• Authority from the manufacturer, confirming the status of the economic entity - the applicant (dealer, distributor, etc.), in the case of delivery not by the manufacturer.
