Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60 - 90 calendar days from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
Delivery terms:
Required delivery time: from 3 calendar days (it is necessary to indicate the real delivery time in the offer, it is especially important for imported items)
Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse. To the above addresses of consignees.
Delivery of the Goods is carried out in separate batches during the term of the contract. The quantity and range of each batch are determined by agreement of the Parties in writing on the basis of the Buyer's application, taking into account the Buyer's needs and within the time frame, according to the Application and the terms of the contract.
The demand indicated in the lot is indicative, the Buyer has no obligation to purchase the Goods in full.
Analogues are not accepted for consideration (Only if the ordered products are discontinued).
Proposals from providers meeting the following conditions are accepted for consideration:
1. All positions are filled, at least one sublot. All other things being equal, priority is given to the Offeror participating in the largest number of sublots.
2. Delivery basis: Buyer's warehouse. (Consignee addresses are listed above)
3. The delivery price remains unchanged for the entire period of the contract (if otherwise - specify additionally);
4. The quantity indicated in the Lot is forecasted and is subject to change within the option, both for individual positions and for the total quantity.
5. Delivery is carried out in batches in accordance with the Buyer's applications, sent no more than 2 times a month.
6. Delivery time to the consignee is from 3 to 45 calendar days from the date of sending the official application by the Customer, in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.
7. Payment for the delivered Goods is carried out within 60-90, from the Date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of the original invoice and invoice of the Supplier.
8. The submitted offer contains an agreement signed by the tenderer without controversy. The protocol of disagreements can be considered by the Customer, but at the same time, proposals drawn up without deviations from the established form have priority.
9. Transportation costs shall be included into the products price.
10. The supplier carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary)
11. Upon delivery, the Supplier provides the following documents:
permission to use the Goods on the territory of the Russian Federation, a declaration of conformity with CU TR;
technical documentation necessary for the use of the Goods; (passport, instruction manual)
a document confirming the warranty obligations for the Goods;
documents confirming the passage of all customs procedures; (if necessary)
12. All additional comments and suggestions the Offeror has the right to state in free form as part of the commercial offer (clause 7 - Other essential conditions).
All documentation is provided in Russian. In the case of the delivery of imported equipment, the Supplier translates the documentation into Russian at its own expense.
Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form all the necessary documents simultaneously with the submission of the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 6 months
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. The pricing mechanism must be consistent throughout the delivery period.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061, part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
