Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The proposal must be submitted on the company's letterhead, registered in the prescribed manner (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person, sealed, contain:
- full name of the organization;
- requisites and contact details: INN, PSRN, OKPO, contact numbers, addresses or e-mail;
- the validity period of the offered price;
- basic terms of contract execution (delivery time, payment procedure, etc.);
- explanation shipping included / not included in the product price.
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of delivery, indicating:
- unit cost with and without VAT;
- the total price of the contract on the terms specified in the request.
If possible, indicate:
- place of shipment (city, region);
- delivery method;
- shipping cost including VAT, excluding VAT.
Payment terms: within 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of acceptance and transfer of products under the contract.
Delivery of goods is required to the warehouse of the Kalinin NPP in Udomlya before 10.02.2021.
