Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods and signing by the Buyer of the unified form of the consignment note (in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING Process-12, approved by the resolution of the State Statistics Committee of Russia dated 12/25/98 N 132) or from the date of receipt of the goods and signing with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the EPUD or EPD, subject to receipt from the Supplier of an invoice issued for based on the signed Contract and specification, by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account.
