The Organizer has set a requirement as to the supplier's not being recorded in the register of mala fide suppliers. Supplier's compliance with this requirement shall be checked by the Organizer on their own.

Payment terms:
3.1.1. The contract price includes all the costs of the supplier required for execution of obligations under the Treaty.
3.1.2. The contract price includes all costs of delivery of goods, including transport and handling, and insurance charges, customs duties, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.
3.1.3. Prepay up to 100% within 5 banking days from the moment of conclusion of the contract.
3.1.4. The size of the liability of the supplier for the amount of the prepayment in the form of a bank guarantee of execution of obligations the supplier is valid until 01.07.2018 g.
3.1.5. Payments for shipments are made from a separate account of the buyer to a separate vendor account, open the supplier in accordance with the Federal law "on State Defense order" in the authorized bank.
3.1.6. The contract price is fixed and cannot be changed

2.2.3. Simultaneously with the goods, the supplier undertakes to transfer to the purchaser of the product, designed by form Torg 12, invoices and other documents necessary for the acceptance of the equipment.
