Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Mandatory requirements:
1. Payment terms - delay of 60 calendar days
2. Warranty - at least 12 months, otherwise specify
3. The total number of figures on the stamp is fixed - 252 pieces.
4. Confirm the delivery of Stamps assembled with figures and other details in accordance with the original design (rubber bands, mesh, screws, etc.).
5. If it is necessary to prepare drawings, the Contractor includes in the cost of the goods the departure of a specialist to the Customer's Facility to remove the dimensions from the existing stamp.
6. The Supplier proceeds to manufacture the entire volume of figures based on the approval of 3D models in an email in which the Customer indicates: the agreed 3D models, the number of figures of each model, the composition of figures on a specific stamp and other necessary information.
7. If it is possible to manufacture and assemble stamps sequentially, the Supplier includes the cost of alternate shipment in the cost of the Goods. The priority of delivery is determined by the Customer in an e-mail (see paragraph 4). But the delivery time of the last stamp should not exceed the period specified in paragraph 6.
8. The term of manufacture and delivery of stamps is no more than 40 r.d. from the moment of approval of 3D models by the Customer in an electronic form (see paragraph 4), specify otherwise

The bidder may repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated participants
