Payment terms:
option # 1
«Buyer» carries out the down payment "to the SUPPLIER, no later than 20 working days from the date of invoice to the BUYER in the amount of 30% of the cost of this Treaty, subject to the provision of security in the form of advance payment irrevocable independent bank guarantee on 100% prepayment at the time of delivery of the products under contract from the Bank-guarantor, pre-agreed with customer. Bank guarantee period should expire 30 working days after the date of expiration of the contract.
The final calculation, at a rate of 70% the BUYER produces based on the original invoice of the SUPPLIER, within a period not exceeding 20 working days from the date of receipt of the goods and receipt of merchandise invoice (form Torg-12) and invoices. Of the final payment to be made to the SUPPLIER, the purchaser will be withholding at a rate of 2.5% of the loan amount.
The remaining 2.5% of the value of the Contract will be awarded to the SUPPLIER after the expiration of the warranty period.
Option # 2
"Buyer" makes a payment to a VENDOR, "at a rate of 100%, after delivery of the goods to the warehouse, based on the original invoice of the supplier in a period not exceeding 20 working days from the date of receipt of the Goods and receipt of merchandise invoice (form Torg-12) and invoices. From the payment owed to the SUPPLIER, the buyer produces retention at the rate of 2.5% on the payment amount.
The remaining 2.5% of the value of the contract will be awarded to the SUPPLIER after the expiration of the warranty period.
