We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1).
After the completion of the electronic competitive bidding process at the B2B-Center, all Bidders must upload the completed Excel file "Form for filling out the Technical and Commercial Proposal" in accordance with the final Technical and Commercial Proposal. |
