Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payments for the Goods shall be made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Seller’s current account within 35 business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the TORG 12 bill of lading on the basis of an invoice issued by the Supplier for payment for the goods after the Buyer has accepted the delivered Goods on the basis of the following documents:
- the consignment note form TORG-12 signed by the parties;
- Seller invoices;
- invoice issued by the Seller for payment.
If the Seller fails to submit any of the above documents and / or there is a discrepancy in them, the Buyer has the right to refuse to pay the final payment.
Delivery terms:In one batch, within 14 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
