Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred per cent) of the total value of the respective batch of Items within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the respective batch of Goods (from the date of the signature of goods invoice without comment), and providing an invoice.

The KP must be issued on the official form with the head's seal and signature and attached to the boot documentation.
In the KP, you must specify:
