Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the Goods in accordance with the terms of the Contract (Appendix No. 3 to the procurement procedure)
Delivery terms:Within 8 weeks from the date of signing the Contract. Transportation, packaging, loading, unloading and assembly of products are included in the cost of the equipment.
Unloading of the equipment must be carried out by the supplier.

Comments:
The procurement procedure is an internal procedure for selecting Suppliers by the Customer and should not be considered as a tender in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and also is not a public tender, which is regulated by Chapter 57 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
LLC "Service-Telematics" reserves the right at any time to refuse to continue conducting this Procurement procedure, to change the terms of its conduct, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract with a Participant in the procurement procedure, whose offer is recognized as the best according to the results of the procurement procedure.
At the same time, any costs associated with participation in the procurement procedure are borne by the participant independently, these costs are not reimbursed by Service-Telematics LLC under any circumstances.
