Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Priority payment option: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the moment of delivery to the buyer's warehouse (industrial site of Novosibirsk Electrode Plant). Other v-riants of payment are considered, which will be assessed in conjunction with other conditions of delivery (total cost, terms, etc.). Prices must be specified taking into account transportation costs, taking into account packaging, packagings and other additional costs.

This request is not a notice of the competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any cause or terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.The Supplier is obliged to perform the delivery in-house. The involvement of third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By directing the offer Supplier guarantees that is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax statements for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that there is no tax report or does not allow to verify with sufficient confidence in the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of independent performance by the Provider of the services, including but not limited to: an extract from the staffing table with copies of the employment contracts of persons involved for performance works, information on the existence of ownership or on the right of lease: office, warehouse, production premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
