Applicants who are not manufacturers of these materials, when submitting a commercial proposal, must attach a confirmation from an authorized dealer (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate).
When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List. When placing proposals without constituent documents, the Participant will not be considered.
