Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment 100% (one hundred percent) of the Total value of the relevant consignment of Goods in time not later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of delivery of the relevant consignment of Goods (from the date of signature of the consignment note without comments), and the provision Invoice. Commercial proposal shall be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO and enclosed to the uploaded documents.
Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) Commercial proposal shall specify the final total. The cost shall be ultimate, fixed and shall include all the additional expenses (VAT, delivery to the specified address, packaging, labeling, etc.).

This procedure does not constitute a public tender and is not regulated by Articles No. 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation,
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
