Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the receipt of the goods and the signing by the Buyer of a unified form of the waybill (in accordance with TORG-12 form approved by the Decree of the Goskomstat of Russia of 12/25/98 N 132), provided that the supplier receives an invoice, an invoice - an invoice issued on the basis of a signed agreement by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account.

FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Applications for participation in the procurement procedure are accepted on the B2B-Center electronic site until 12/31/2019 18-00. The application must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant and the experience of similar deliveries.
2. Access to the technical and commercial part of the procurement documentation, as well as to the draft contract will be carried out after verification of the participants until 01/13/2019 15-00
3. The deadline for the submission of the procurement proposal and the opening of the technical part of the procurement proposals of the bidders is 01/20/2020 14-15
4. The rebate date will be indicated additionally.
5. The cost of proposals is indicated in rubles for the full scope of delivery, excluding VAT.
6. Commercial offers without the necessary applications in accordance with the Instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be allowed to bid.
