Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
4.1. The buyer shall make payment for the delivered goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of products receipt at the customer's warehouse. Payment shall be made by the Buyer based on the invoice, tax invoice and TORG-12 consignment note received from the Supplier. 4.2. The Products price, specified in Annex 1 hereto, includes all taxes, fees and charges, the cost of shipping and containers (packaging), the price is ultimate and not subject to revision. 4.3. All payments under the contract shall be made in non-cash form by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account. The buyer's obligation to pay shall be deemed executed at the date of debiting the funds from the Buyer's settlement account.
Delivery terms:
3.1. The products shall be supplied to the customer's warehouse at the following address: Novorossiysk ul.Portovaya 14. 3.2 The Supplier shall be entitled to deliver the goods in separate consignments upon agreement with the Buyer. 3.3 The basis for the products delivery is signing by the parties of this Contract and Annex 1 as an integral part of this Contract. 3.4 The supplier is obliged to prepare the products to transfer to the Buyer, tat is to package the goods properly, ensuring their safety during transportation and storage, as well as to attach to the Product the label containing the name of the Buyer, the name and quantity of goods, the date of labels. 3.5 The Buyer must take all the necessary actions to ensure acceptance of the goods. Acceptance-transfer of goods shall be made by signing the consignment note by parties. 3.6 Quality and quantity acceptance of goods shall be made when handing to the buyer in accordance with the instructions on the procedure for the acceptance of products of industrial and technical purpose and consumer goods in terms of quantity and quality, approved by Orders of State Arbitration of USSR dated from April 25,1966 No. P-7 and from June 15,1965 No. P-6. 3.7 In case during the acceptance of goods any noncompliance with the specified conditions of this contract and Annex No. 1 thereto in terms of quality will be revealed, the Buyer shall inform the Supplier, within three days, by mail with delivery notification or by facsimile. During the agreed period after receipt of a claim, the supplier shall at its own expense supply the goods to the Buyer. If the supplier refuses from the delivery of goods in accordance with the amount and terms agreed by the parties the Buyer is entitled to submit to the Supplier the request for payment of a fine to the amount of 0,1% per day of the delay 3.8 The title to goods passes to the buyer when the goods are transfered to the Buyer under consignment note. 3.9 The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon transfer of goods to the buyer. 3.10 The goods shall be delivered in a package left at the disposal of the buyer.
