Comments:
Mandatory requirements for the participants of the purchase and the content of the participant's application:
1. Failure to conduct bankruptcy or supervision proceedings against the participant of the request for proposals;
2. As part of the application, all the documents specified in the forms must be attached (Appendix No. 5 to this notice, namely:
- the charter,
- certificate of state registration, tax registration,
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (not older than 1 month),
- documents confirming the powers of the sole executive body: the protocol on the election of the head (extension of powers), the order on taking office
- a certificate of absence in relation to the Participant of the liquidation or bankruptcy procedure, on the absence of procedures for the suspension of activities (in the form of letters signed by the head of the organization)
- a certificate signed by the sole executive body and the chief accountant The Participant's statement on the absence of arrest or other judicial/administrative encumbrance of the Participant's property.).
In the absence of these documents as part of the application, the participant's proposal will not be considered by the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
