Applicants who are not manufacturers of these materials, when submitting a commercial proposal, must attach a confirmation from an authorized dealer (dealer agreement, authorization, dealer certificate).
When submitting proposals, the Participant must necessarily provide a package of constituent documents, according to the List, as well as the technical part (drawings, diagrams, passports, certificates, etc.) for consideration and approval. When placing proposals without constituent documents and technical part, the Participant will not be considered.
