Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:1. Для проведения расчётов за поставляемую продукцию в соответствии с п.3 ст.8 ФЗ №159 от 29.06.2015 г. необходимо открыть отдельный счет
на ИГК № …………....в уполномоченом банке.
2. Поставщик выставляет счёт за партию товара на основании заявки Покупателя отправленой по факсимильной связи.
3.Аванс 50 % в течение 10-ти банковских дней с момента получения счёта за каждую партию товара по заявке Покупателя.
4. Поставка товара осуществляется Поставщиком в течение 15 дней с момента оплаты 50% аванса за партию .
5. Окончательный расчёт в течение 10-ти банковских дней с момента поступления материала на склад Покупателя и подписания товарной
накладной по счёту поставщика, предоставленного для оплаты на отдельный счёт.
6. Поставщик предоставляет счет на предоплату партии товара в течение 3-х рабочих дней с момента получения заявки от Покупателя.
7. В случае отсутствия производственной необходимости, Покупатель оставляет за собой право не выбирать данный материал в указанном
количестве. При этом штрафные санкции не применяются к Покупателю.
Delivery terms:1. Доставка продукции осуществляется транспортом поставщика до склада заказчика г. Смоленск ул. Фрунзе д. 74. Автотранспорт должен быть
зарегистрирован на территории РФ, водитель - гражданин РФ.
2. Выгрузка производится с понедельника по четверг с 8-00 до 15-00, в пятницу с 8-00 до 14-00 (обеденный перерыв с 12-00 до 12-45).
3. Стоимость доставки товара включается в стоимость товара.
