Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The buyer settles with the supplier after the delivery of all the goods stipulated by the supply agreement, by bank transfer by transferring funds from the buyer's bank account to the supplier’s bank account within 30 calendar days from the date the buyer signs the waybill for the goods, the buyer receives the original invoice and invoices issued by the supplier in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, as well as the receipt of certificates of conformity, other documents, confirmations holding quality, fire safety, safe operation, warranty service of goods, etc.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
