Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Main Offer - Payment shall be made not earlier than 45 calendar days upon delivery of products, including VAT and transportation costs;
2. Alternative Offer - Payment is 100% upon placing an order, including VAT and transportation costs.

Comments:
The TAP (price) must be valid for at least 180 calendar days.

The price must include delivery to the facility.
TMCs must be certified.
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach the Applicant Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire at the time of opening the envelopes at the same time as submitting the proposal and file in the form of a scanned copy of its offer signed by an authorized person and certified with the seal of the organization participating in the procedure. If a participant fails or improperly complies with this requirement, the Procedure Organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's proposal.
Vendor offer expires at least 60 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the manufacturer's authorized dealer or distributor (the participant provides supporting documents at the same time as by a commercial offer).
4. The cost of the product must be the same for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: This Request for Proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Therefore, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil liability on the Organizer and reserves the right to withdraw all Proposals received for any Proposals received cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any liability to the Participants.
AK VNZM reserves the right not to inform participants of the results except for the winner, cancel the request or results, and exclude any participant request without giving a reason. Submitting a technical offer implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of the request.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
