1. The participant must be a user registered in the Shopping and Purchasing System on the website www.B2B-energo.ru "in the established order and possessing the rights of the Participant of the System.
2. All prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3. If the supplier participates in the bidding, it means that it agrees in case it is announced by the winner that it has concluded a delivery contract for the standard form of VIC-Industry LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to supply the goods on the conditions specified in the procurement notice.
