Payment terms:Supply prices remain unchanged for the entire period of the contract until 12/31/2020 (unless otherwise specified)
Payment for the delivered goods is carried out within 60-90 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods based on the original invoice and invoice of the seller.
The provider carries out the required customs procedures in accordance with applicable law. Customs payments are made by the Supplier at its own expense. (if necessary)
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out in batches, in accordance with one-time operational applications of the Buyer, with a volume of 20, but not more than 60 tons
Delivery basis: Delivery by forces and at the expense of the Seller.
Delivery Requirements:
- Each delivery is accompanied by a quality certificate confirming compliance with GOST requirements;
- The minimum volume of a single delivery (upon request) is 20 tons;
- Delivery to Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (all costs for the railway deadlock should be included in the delivery)
Packing requirements:
- Packaging should ensure the safety of products during its transportation and storage, namely:
- must be strong, dry and clean;
- prevent moisture and spillage;
- ensure packaging integrity before the product expires.
The marking characterizing the product should contain:
name of the manufacturer or its trademark;
Product name;
product brand;
certification information;
batch number;
production date.
Licensing, requirements for industrial safety, labor protection and the environment:
- Mandatory availability of licenses and permits for all types of work in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Compliance with Weatherford standards and RF requirements for industrial safety, labor and environmental protection, road safety;
The supplier undertakes:
- comply with the terms of the contract and its applications;
- maintain a fixed pricing scheme for the services provided throughout the term of the contract adopted by the parties;
- participate in audits (provide the required documentation) conducted by Weatherford staff to confirm the Supplier's potential ability to provide related services.
Delivery time - 15 days from the date of application.

Comments:
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Participants in this procedure MUST attach all necessary documents to their proposals in electronic form at the same time as they submit the proposal, signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
3. The supplier of the product must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the participant provides the supporting documents at the same time as the offer).
4. The pricing mechanism should be unchanged for the entire delivery period.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
