Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment for the Products / Lot of Products is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of at least 30 and no more than 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Products (date of signing by the Parties to TORG-12), provided that the Buyer is provided with a complete set of documents for payment for the Products / Lot of Products:
- Original consignment note (form TORG-12) for Products signed by the Parties - 2 copies;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Original invoice - 1 copy;
- Accompanying documents, in accordance with clause 2.4. Agreement - 1 copy;
Settlements under the Agreement are made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account specified in Article 10 of this Agreement, and they can also have a different form of settlement that does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If the contract is concluded with an SMSP, then the payment term is established in accordance with the current legislation
Delivery terms:
Quantity: according to the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).
Delivery time: December 2020, February-November 2021, according to the Specifications (Appendix # 1 to the supply agreement).
