Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Conditions:
1. All prices and amounts in the offer must be final and contain all taxes.
2. The prices are given by positions;
3. The price of the goods is fixed for the duration of the contract.
4. Providing a guarantee for the term of use, not less than a year.
5. Replacement of defective goods within 5 working days from the date of circulation;
6. Provision for testing of proposed models (optional);

Proposals are considered only if there is an enclosed KP and a completed application № 1 (form to fill).
Proposals without the attached KP will not be considered on the organization's letterhead.
