This Invitation is not a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This request is not a competitive bidding process (including in the form of a tender, auction or other form) or a public tender regulated by Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC obligations stipulated by the above articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, as well as obligations to conclude a contract with the person who sent the most advantageous offer.
The request can be canceled at any time before the results are summed up.
In the event of a change in the terms of the Request or its cancellation, the costs incurred by any person in connection with participation in the request, including those related to participation in negotiations, will not be reimbursed.
Information about the final results of your participation in this Request will be sent to you by e-mail.
The choice of the most profitable offer for Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC is carried out taking into account the assessment of the following criteria:
- it is preferable to defer payment for 10 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works
- it is preferable to conclude an Agreement on the standard form of Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC.
Salavatsteklo Kaspiy LLC has the right to refuse to participate in the Request in the following cases::
- the commercial offer is received after the expiration of the established period;
- the terms of the commercial offer do not comply with the terms of this Bid Notice;
-the commercial offer contains false information;
- the person who sent the commercial offer is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or insolvency (bankruptcy) proceedings have been initiated against him;
- in any other case, on the basis of internal procedures, with the right not to explain the reasons for the refusal.
LLC "Salavatsteklo Kaspiy" has the right not to motivate its decision to determine the winner of the selection.
The need to have documents confirming admission to work that affect the safety of capital construction projects.
