Fixing the price until 03/31/2021
The buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Art. 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward).


Other requirements and clarifications (adds the initiator if necessary):
"In connection with the need for the 1st quarter of 2021, a tender is being held for the supply of Overalls for the employees of Hypermarkets of Tander JSC"
Terms of delivery of goods: delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified MX (the list is attached to the competition). A sizing breakdown is attached to the tender documentation.
Orders are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the entire period of cooperation.
Prerequisite: testing the sample before signing the contract. "
