Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

You need to fill in and provide the "questionnaire sheet" file (see attachment).

Delivery time to the facility till 08.07.2020. Consider the possibility of early delivery of equipment to the facility (earlier 08.07.2020).

Payment terms: Payment is made by the customer in the amount of 100% of the cost of equipment after 61 calendar days after commissioning works.
Warranty period for electric loader is not less than 5 years or 4000 hours, whichever comes before.
Warranty period on the battery is at least 3 years.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

A procurement participant can repeatedly improve their price offer before the end of submission.
Only one legal entity can participate in the competition procedure from a group of affiliated companies (related). The other is regarded as a restriction of competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
