Payment terms:
Payment for the Goods is made in two stages: 50% within 5 working days from the moment of signing the Agreement and 50% after signing the TORG-12 or UPD by the Parties on the basis of an invoice presented by the Supplier to the Buyer for payment by cashless transfer of funds from the Buyer's current account to the Supplier's current account within a period not exceeding 10 working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of TORG-12 or UPD.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Agreement, a delay in the delivery of Winter Suits in the amount of 64 - 66, up to 55 (fifty five) calendar days is allowed.
