Требования к объекту поставки::
СИЗ должны иметь инструкцию (паспорт) с указанием назначения, срока службы изделия, правил его эксплуатации, хранения и ухода за ним, и(или) этикетку (информационный ярлык на упаковке) с обязательным указанием даты производства изделия, сведения о документе, в соответствии с которым изготовлено СИЗ.
Дата изготовления поставляемого Товара должна быть не позже 2019 года на момент поставки.
Поставка спецодежды и спецобуви производится в оригинальной упаковке завода-изготовителя, обеспечивающей полную их сохранность и предохраняющей от повреждения при транспортировке и хранении. Спецодежда и спецобувь должны быть изготовлены на территории Российской Федерации из тканей, трикотажных полотен, нетканых материалов, страной происхождения которых является Российская Федерация. Спецодежда и спецобувь должны быть новые, ранее не использованные, не эксплуатируемые, не должны находиться в залоге, под арестом или под иным обременением и принадлежать Поставщику на законных основаниях.
