Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Within 14 calendar days after receipt of the invoice, subject to the provision of a complete set of documents accompanying the delivery.
Delivery terms:Within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Order signed by the Buyer for the corresponding batch of goods.
