Comments:
The price should include delivery to the central warehouse of GSI SNEMA LLC 450057, in Ufa, ul. Maykopskaya, 67.
The proposals of the participants must be consistent with the corporate style of the company in terms of colors and technical specifications. The terms of reference are reflected in the documentation for the procurement procedure.
The company GSI SNEMA LLC has the right to request for verification control copies of overalls and PPE for a more detailed examination of the goods offered.
In this case, the participant in the procedure must send the specified samples to the following address within 14 calendar days:

The proposal for the cost of costumes is valid until December 2020. inclusive.
Estimated supply for 2020. by month:
February 2020:
Winter working 4 climate - 140 pcs.
Winter Engineering 4 climate - 42 pcs.

Late March-early April:
Summer working - 635 pcs.
Summer Engineering - 135 pcs.
Welder suit summer - 35 pcs.

Beginning of August:
Winter working 3 climate - 290pcs.
Winter Engineering 3 climate - 68 pcs.
Welder suit winter - 35 pcs.

Shipment must be done in batches.
The indicated volume is indicative; when placing an order, deviations are allowed both large and lower side within / -10-15%.

All additional terms of the Agreement are indicated in the Specifications.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).


Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.


GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a technical and commercial proposal implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
