Payment terms - deferral of 60 cal.days
Warranty - in accordance with the standard contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TK

Fixing the price until 12/31/2021.
The buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Art.450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward)
Orders are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the entire period of cooperation

Terms of delivery of goods: delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified MX (a file with a list of MX is attached to the competition).
Prerequisite: testing samples before signing the contract. "
