requirements:
- certificates for PPE and workwear are required (it is not required to send them now
- maintaining a two-month supply of PPE for prompt shipment to factories
- fixing the cost of goods until February 2023 inclusive
- the same price on all sites
- Possibility of rotation during the year (with separate price agreement)
- The possibility of applying logos to workwear and helmets
- The color of all workwear is blue
- Warranty obligations according to the norms and the possibility of replacing workwear without signs of socks and logos
- delivery is made monthly on the basis of applications
- after receiving the KP and confirming the nomenclature, it is mandatory to supply all analogues to all sites at the expense of the supplier (workwear with return to the supplier, PPE are used to understand the quality)

2. Certificate of state registration of a legal entity (or Certificate of entry into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of an entry about a legal entity registered before July 01, 2002);
3. Certificate of registration with the tax authority;
4. Decision (protocol) on the election of the Head (Director, General Director).
