Orders are placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the period of cooperation.

Suppliers must provide - a list of documents (list in the attachment to the tender).
The name of the model (position) in all shipping and other documents must correspond to ours.
Terms of delivery of goods: delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified ATP (a file with a list of ATP is attached to the competition).
Prerequisite: testing of samples before signing the contract.
The buyer, if necessary (change in volume requirements), has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both upward and downward).
The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can take part in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
