Conditions of delivery: Shipping by force and with supplier funds up to all specified MOX (file with the list of MX is attached to the competition).
A breakdown of the need (total) by logos to the competition documentation is attached.
Required: Test samples before signing a contract.
The buyer, if necessary (changes in volume requirement) may less/increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the quantity of equipment, by 30% (both upwards and to the diminutive side).
The purchase participant may repeatedly improve their price offers until after the application ends.
Only one legal entity may participate in a competitive procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. The other is seen as restricting competition and is grounds for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.
