Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:

Delivery is carried out by the forces and means of the supplier.
Transportation costs should be included in the cost of products on the basis of delivery DDP - g. Kogalym, str. Geophysicists, d. 4 (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately).
Comments: Prices are inclusive of VAT and transportation costs.
1. The product must be new (official confirmation must be loaded on ETP).
2. The following persons are invited to participate:
- Producers of the requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirmation certificates, certificates, official letters of the manufacturer on granting authority for the sale of the requested products);
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfilment of all stated requirements;
- Offer price;
- Member status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- Fixing the price for the entire period of delivery from the moment of participation in the procedure until the moment of delivery of the goods in the warehouse of the customer (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP).
4. Delivery of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Mandatory electronic documents to be uploaded:
1. Scanned copy of the commercial offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the company's signature and seal;
2. The list of constituent documents required for the conclusion of the contract (the list is attached in the attached file);
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and stamped by the company.
The price request is made in relation to the current need.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
