IN THE MANDATORY PROCEDURE FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE OFFER, THE PARTICIPANT MUST PLACE DOCUMENTS SPECIFIED IN PARAGRAPHS 4.1.2, 5.2.1.1, 5.2.1.2, 5.2.2.
The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (if such an opportunity is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the offered products (in accordance with clause 4.2.1. Purchasing documentation).
Offers in the System must be submitted from the time the procurement information is posted until the deadlines specified in the Notice of the Request for Proposals (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
EQUIPMENT IS PURCHASED BY THE CUSTOMER FOR OBTAINING IT IN A FINANCIAL RENT ON THE BASIS OF THE CONCLUDED IN THE FOLLOWING FINANCIAL RENT (LEASING) AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE LEASING COMPANY.
The term for concluding the contract is 20 business days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting a request for quotations, as well as instructions for preparing offers are indicated in the procurement documentation.
This price request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
