Payment terms:100% payment on delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse within 5 business days of delivery and delivery of original invoices, goods invoices, copies of transport invoices with by the consignee mark.
The cost of rebasing/delivering the TC to the buyer's base is included in the price.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure through the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

2. To their offers electronically, participants in this procedure must attach the applicant's application application and file as a scanned copy of their application until the end of the procedure a commercial offer (indicating delivery time) signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the party organization (form attached). If a participant fails or improperly fulfillment of this requirement, the procedure organizer reserves the right not to consider that participant's offer.

3. List of mandatory documents:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial Offer (Form No. 2);
- TIN Certificate;
- Buh balance for 2018-2020;
- VAT declaration for 2020
- Letter of Guarantee for the unconditional signing of the draft contract as amended by the Buyer.
- Warranty letter that products are new, not used.
- Letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full compliance with the request for proposals.

The cost of rebasing/delivering the TC to the buyer's base is included in the price.

Participants' commercial offers expire at least 45 days.
Products must be appended certificates of conformity, passport, proof document
quality.

Note: This price request is not a notification of the holding of a competition (public competition) or public offer and is not regulated by Article 447 — 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to waive all Proposals received for any cause or terminate the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
