Payment terms:payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after signing the act of rendering services. In case of non-compliance with the delivery time of equipment, payment is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after delivery of the Goods. Note: According to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1205 dated 09/18/2019, if the Supplier is a small medium-sized enterprise (SME), the Buyer is obliged to pay for the supply of equipment within 15 (fifteen) business days from the moment of signing TORG-12 or universal transfer document (UPD).
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
