Dear ladies and gentlemen!
The company Tele2 RFI procedure on market analysis for the selection of the vendor split systems for Tele2.
Based on the results of this procedure are scheduled to form a list of companies that will be invited to participate in the tender for the right to conclude a treaty.
To participate in this qualification procedure allowed legal entities, registered on the territory of the Russian Federation.
To participate in the RFI, must submit the following documents:
1) Application form (scan + electronic version);
2) NDA non-disclosure agreement (scan);
3) Scan of copy of the documents on the list;
4) Consent to the processing of personal data (scan);
5) Soglasie processing credit history (scan)
6) Contractor's Handbook (fill in the blank) in excel format.



This notice is for informational purposes only, and is not an offer to conclude the contract, as defined in art. 435-437 part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Conducting qualification is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 in part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. RFI request this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061, part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the RFI request Tele2 adequate civil legal liabilities.
Tele2 shall have no obligation to conclude any agreements with organizations, which the above documents.
Potential counterparty providing qualifying Tele2 document package in accordance with this notice, shall be responsible for paying any costs for the preparation of documents.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
