Payment terms:Оплата Покупателем каждой партии Продукции осуществляется после её получения при условии выставления Поставщиком счета-фактуры в течение 45 (сорока пяти) календарных дней с момента поступления Продукции на склад и выставления счета-фактуры. В случае неполной поставки либо поставки Продукции, несоответствующей требованиям спецификации, оплата всей партии не производится до момента устранения Поставщиком указанных нарушений.
