Payment terms:The Buyer pays for the Goods within 45 (forty five calendar) days from the date of receipt of the Goods with the TORG-12 consignment note signed by the Parties on the basis of the invoice issued by the Supplier. The Buyer transfers funds to the Supplier in the amount determined by the Parties in the relevant Specifications to this Agreement
