Delivery terms:
DDP Delivery Basis (g. Chelyabinsk, st. 2nd Paveletskaya, 14, warehouse of the Private Fund of Mechel-Energo LLC), according to Incoterms 2010, publication of the International Chamber of Commerce No. 715.
Comments: A detailed description of the subject of procurement and delivery conditions are indicated in the procurement documentation and the contract, the technical specifications.
The Participant has the right to prepare and submit an alternative Offer (if such a possibility is indicated in the Notification published in the System), which may relate to both commercial and technical aspects of the products offered (in accordance with clause 4.2.1. Purchasing documentation).
Offers in the System must be submitted from the time the procurement information is posted until the deadlines specified in the Notice of the request for quotations expire (in accordance with clause 6.1.2. Purchasing documentation).
The term for concluding the contract is 20 business days after signing the protocol.
The legal status of the procedure and documents, the procedure for conducting the request for quotations, as well as instructions for preparing offers are indicated in the procurement documentation.
This price request procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447–449 of the first part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This price request procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
