The Bid is prepared according to the Customer's form ("Bid for participation in the tender") on the letterhead of the Bidder Company with the inclusion of the following appendices:
1) Technical and Commercial Proposal according to the form established by the customer;
2) the Bidder's Call for Bidding questionnaires in accordance with the form established by the customer;
3) a protocol of disagreements to the Draft Agreement in the form established by the customer, or the Bidder's consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms specified in the draft agreement;
4) duly certified copies of documents confirming the details of the tender Bidder's questionnaire, in accordance with the list specified in clause 5.1.3 of the Standard Provisions of the Tender https://tfm-st.ru/tender/dokumenty/
5) consent to the provision of a bank guarantee to secure an advance payment
