Payment terms:Advance payment is not provided. Payment upon receipt of products at the Consignee’s warehouse within 60 business days from the date of delivery and provision of the original invoices, waybills, copies of transport bills with the mark of the Consignee.

1st batch - by September 15, 2019 (50% of the total volume);
2nd batch - by 10/15/2019 (50% of the total volume).

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the BID of the bidder and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure (form attached). In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Delivery time: 2 parties:
1st batch - by September 15, 2019 (50% of the total volume);
2nd batch - by 10/15/2019 (50% of the total volume).
4. Delivery place: Ufa, st. Anniversary 16/1, base of LLC "SMU-4"
5. Delivery Terms: Delivery is carried out by forces and at the expense of the Supplier to the Buyer's warehouse

The following should be attached to the request:
- Partner card;
- Application (Form No. 1);
- Commercial offer (Form No. 2);
- Certificate TIN;
- Bang. balance sheet for 2016-2018;
- VAT Declaration for 2017-2018
- Documents confirming the quality of products.
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the contract as amended by the Buyer.
- A letter of guarantee that the products are new, not used.
- A letter stating that the offer was calculated in full compliance with the statement of work.

ALL SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE NAME IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT


The cost should be indicated taking into account delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Validity of the proposal from the participants - at least 60 days.
The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, documents confirming quality.
Providing samples of the Product is preferred.


IMPORTANT!
Bids will be considered only submitted in accordance with the requirements of the tender.
All products will go through incoming inspection.
Offer only quality products.
Indicate the price on the site and in the commercial proposal, including VAT, delivery and the declared volume.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND THE ABSENCE OF CERTIFICATES, THE ORGANIZER IN THE LAW DOES NOT CONSIDER THIS OFFER.


Note: this request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
